We are excited to announce that we received a grant from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the state of Washington that will staff one full time person to serve in 3 local nursing homes as a video call liaison to ensure residents can connect with friends and family far and wide. Our Second Annual Friend to Friend America Sunset Social at the Columbia Tower Club was a huge success. We raised $20,000 to help combat Senior Isolation and Loneliness!
The evening featured Wine Tasting, Appetizers, a Silent & Live Auctions, and the lovely Seattle Skyline as seen from the 76th floor of the tallest building in Seattle.
A big Thank You to everyone who attended, those who donated items for the auction, the Columbia Tower Club, and all of our valued volunteers who contributed in making this a terrific evening!
